We arrive in the delivery window provided and take them to there new life

We do not accept
- Magazines
- Newspapers
- Encyclopedias
- Moldy or Mildewed Books
- Books Damaged beyond reasonable use
What do you do with my items?
Many things can happen to your books after we pick them up.
- Some are sold online
- Some are sold to independent sellers
- Some are sold in Local Book Sales
- Some are donated to a third party
Are you a non-profit
No, we are a family owned and operated for profit business
What if is raining or snowing?
Please make sure your items are boxed and placed outside in rain or snow. We will still come and get them. In the rare instance that we cancel pickups, an email will be sent you informing you of your new pickup date
How do I prepare the books for pickup?
The books should be in a box or a bag that is light enough for one person to carry by themselves. (We’re strong 💪🏼 but we need our backs) All items you are giving should be in a box, bag or container that we can pick up and take with us. Please do not leave loose books, we will not take them if they are not in a container of some sort. (Sorry, but we do not bring replacement boxes and will not leave the containers you use to put the books in)
When will you be coming?
Items should be out by 8 AM. Our pick up window is 8 AM to 8 PM. We cannot guarantee a specific time that we will be to your particular location. Rest assured, we will be there sometime on your scheduled day though.
How many books will you pickup?
As many as you would like, no limit, usually. If you have TONS please let us know so we can plan, space-wise, in our vehicle.
Can I schedule multiple pickups?
Absolutely! Our goal is to help you free up space in your home. If you get 4 or 5 or 10 boxes ready for one day and would like them gone so that you can have space to get others ready, that’s just fine. Just fill out a pick up request form for each day and we will be there.
What is your pickup Area?
Currently we service the Greater Fox Cities are in Wisconsin. This includes the following Cities
- Appleton
- Kaukauna
- Kimberly/Combined Locks
- Little Chute
- Neenah/Menasha
- Grand Chute
If you are not located in these we may still make an exception if your are in the area, just call us to find out.
